Personal information we collect

We use the Customer Enquiry and Job Application Information that we collect generally to make contact with you regarding the GO Cabs information, services or job opportunity. We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimise our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

How else do we collect personal information?
Our team often receive enquiries through our social media accounts. This information is processed the same way as the customer enquiry information. All information given is stored for a maximum of 30 days if no contact is made.
